You look inside. There's a lot of text for something that is supposed to be video.

RULES OF GERRYMANDER

• The aim of the puzzle is to make Cyan the majority in the majority of regions.
• Regions must be connected by cells horizontally and vertically.
• Each region must contain the same number of cells (EG. the one above is 49 cells, so there would be 7 regions of 7 cells).
• Ties are not allowed for the winner of the region. Ties for second/third is allowed (EG. 3 Cyan, 2 Pink and 2 Yellow is allowed, but not 3 Cyan, 3 Pink, 1 Yellow).
• Some puzzles will have a no 2x2 rule, meaning you can not have any region contain a 2x2 square. Such as the one above.
